The Vegan Blonde Cooking Club would love to welcome you for a recurring monthly plant-based cooking event in Phoenix, where we will discover what real food is about, in an intimate and casual setting.
We will learn the logistics of a vegan kitchen and how to prepare balanced, plant-based meals, using different cooking techniques We will talk about food shopping, and will even use vegetables from the garden.
We will share tips and tricks every time we meet, but most importantly, we will cook a delicious plant-based meal and enjoy the results together. During prep, each of us will have our own station, and will be able to navigate from one station to another, trying our hands at different tasks and techniques.
I wish for these monthly rendez-vous to be reflective of the simplicity and minimalism I strive to create on my plate every day. I want you to leave with a feeling that eating plant-based is easy and satisfying.
This month, I take your tastebuds to beautiful India, as we explore the spices, techniques, and staples of this unique and fabulous food culture. Although this will be a condensed version of what my Mother-in-law taught me over the years, you’ll be able to go back home and recreate a tasty, plant-based Indian meal for your loved ones. So fly!
