The Vegan Blonde Cooking Club would love to welcome you for a recurring monthly plant-based cooking event in Phoenix, where we will discover what real food is about, in an intimate and casual setting.

We will learn the logistics of a vegan kitchen and how to prepare balanced, plant-based meals, using different cooking techniques We will talk about food shopping, and will even use vegetables from the garden.

We will share tips and tricks every time we meet, but most importantly, we will cook a delicious plant-based meal and enjoy the results together. During prep, each of us will have our own station, and will be able to navigate from one station to another, trying our hands at different tasks and techniques.

I wish for these monthly rendez-vous to be reflective of the simplicity and minimalism I strive to create on my plate every day. I want you to leave with a feeling that eating plant-based is easy and satisfying.

This month, I take your tastebuds to beautiful India, as we explore the spices, techniques, and staples of this unique and fabulous food culture. Although this will be a condensed version of what my Mother-in-law taught me over the years, you’ll be able to go back home and recreate a tasty, plant-based Indian meal for your loved ones. So fly!

New year, new beginnings… I am thrilled to host the FIRST Vegan Blonde Cooking Club of the YEAR 2019 on January 26th, at 11am. Come meet with friends, share and cook delicious plant-based food, in a casual and intimate setting. I will unveil the menu in the coming weeks, but get ready to discover useful recipes that you’ll be able to include in your weekly rotation. It’s all about whole foods and simplicity!

The Second Vegan Blonde Cooking Club on a Culinary Visit to Greece and the Middle East

The food was fabulous, the cooks were even better! What a grand time at the second installment of the Vegan Blonde Cooking Club, a monthly plant-based cooking event in Phoenix, where participants can cook in an intimate and interactive environment.

For October, I had chosen to make Greek and Middle Eastern food because 1) I love it so much, and 2) because it’s already half way to plant-based, and 3) because SHAWARMA and lion’s mane mushrooms are a match made in heaven. We made Falafel, Baba Ganoush, Tabbouleh, Lion’s Mane Shawarma, Tzatziki, Toum, and Roasted Cauliflower with Tahini Sauce. Everything was excellent and we ALL learned quite a few things!
