15-Minute Guacamole Sandwich



Cut the zucchinis in ribbons, salt generously and let drain in a colander for 10 minutes. Rinse and drain. Spread on kitchen towels to let dry.

Meanwhile, make the guacamole. Mash the avocados, and add the shallot, the lime juice, the cilantro and the jalapeño. Mix well.

Toast your bagels, place some guacamole on one side and cream cheese on the other. Garnish with some zucchini ribbons and close. Now, try to eat this only once in your life! Impossible. Bon appétit!
