Cashew Sour Cream

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cup raw cashews, soaked overnight or 1 hour in hot water
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

Drain and rinse the cashews, and discard the soaking water. Place the cashews, along with 3/4 cup water, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and sea salt in a blender, and blend until very smooth. Enjoy!
