- 1/2 cup avocado oil (or any oil you prefer)
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
In a blender, process all the ingredients until smooth. Serve with arugula, spinach, or kale, and garnish with avocado, candied pecans, toasted sunflower seeds. Bon appétit!
