- 1/2 cup mayo or coconut yogurt
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, minced
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
In a medium bowl, place the avocado, mayo, lime juice, cilantro, jalapeño, and salt. Purée with a hand-held mixer or until smooth. Bon appétit!
