Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut water
  • 3 cups frozen fruits of choice
  • 1 banana
  • 1 pouch coconut meat
  • 34 dates
  • 1 heaping tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 1 heaping tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 heaping tablespoon flax seeds
  • 1 heaping tablespoon sea moss (optional)

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Bon appétit!
