- 1 banana
- 1 pouch coconut meat
- 3–4 dates
- 1 heaping tablespoon hemp seeds
- 1 heaping tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 heaping tablespoon flax seeds
- 1 heaping tablespoon sea moss (optional)
Instructions
