It’s that time of the year again! #Melon #EatToLive #LivityGardens
The secret to this Epic Coconut Curry Soup is in the broth. If you have a good broth, you can add whatever you want, and it’ll be a delight. Don’t skip on the simmering time, take it nice and slow. If anything, make the broth the day before, splitting your workload in half. You won’t regret it. #Soup #EatToLive #LivityGardens
There’s a new recipe in town! Don’t know what to cook tonight? Get your hands on some fresh green beans and make this Sautéed Green Beans with Tofu. That’s truly one the kids love. I’ve been making it so often, I thought I’d share with you as well, so you can get in on the magic!
The absolute best dish of #mango season is the Livity Mango Salad! A raw, quick and delicious meal that will keep you coming back for more. That’s the dish I make the most between now and the sad end of the season! Find the recipe on LivityGardens.com 💚 #EatToLive #LivityGardens
You can find the steps to create this #watermelon #pokebowl on LivityGardens.com 🌿 See the deliciousness in my stories. Those small watermelon from @wholefoods are perfect for this! #DivineOurLivity #LivityGardens
ACKEE! ACKEE! Who else loves #ackee??? I have to say, soursop and ackee are my two favorite fruits here 🇯🇲 A member of the Sapindaceae (soapberry) family, as are the lychee and the longan, ackee was imported to #Jamaica from West Africa before 1773. As the national fruit of the island, its use in Jamaican cooking is prominent. Ackee and saltfish is the official national dish.
