I find that these food covers are the perfect way to protect new seedlings. They’re inexpensive and can be used many times, until the harsh Arizona sun breaks them down. I order mine on Amazon.com, and they come in packs of 8 or 12.
Use this Simple Herb Vinaigrette whenever you make a bowl, a salad, or some roasted potatoes. You can add your choice of fresh garden herbs, capers, or even some hot pepper flakes or sriracha for an extra kick!
